HOW TO ORDER:
All the purchase order can be made on-line and the Waterjet Spare Parts Manager will support you by phone if needed.
As soon as the customer receives a written approval by e-mail, the order will be defined completed.
The customer is responsible to verify the confirmed order and promptly communicate any mistake.
 
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY:
 
All prices are intended in Euro, excluding VAT and are ex works, Monza (Italy). The availability of the on-line ordered goods must be confirmed by Waterjet srl.
 
PAYMENT:
The followings payment method will be accepted :

• WIRE TRANSFER  
• CREDIT CARD VISA and MASTERCARD
  In this case, the payment will be accepted only if the person that will physically place the order is the Credit card's owner

SHIPMENTS IN ITALY:
During the ordering process the client can choose to use his preferred courier for the shipment and, in this case, he must communicate the related contract number; otherwise the customer ACCEPTS that the company will use transport collect by TNT.
If request in advance, it is possible to know the transport costs before shipment. Just in special cases an advanced payment for the shipments costs will be accepted, so to receive the goods without any other additional cost.

GOODS DELIVERY:
Waterjet delivers the ordered goods to the address stated in the registration form.
Good will be shipped from Monday to Friday (bank holidays excluded).
Orders made after Thursday at 12.30 pm will be delivered starting from the next Monday, except for special cases.
To avoid any problems we kindly ask you to provide an address where somebody, authorized to receive the goods, will be available at the delivery time.
If, at the delivery time, the packaging is damaged, we kindly ask you to accept the goods, writing “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE TO CHECK THE CONTENT” on the courier's bill.
If then some goods are found missing or broken, please contact us at +39 – 039- 204971 or by e-mail at parts@waterjet.it , so we can start the refund process with the courier; in the meantime the company will send you a new product to replace the damaged one, applying the above mentioned shipments conditions.
We would like to underline that the above mentioned problems have been reported very rarely
 
STRAIGHT OF RECESS:
Within 24 hours from the reception of the goods, if you are not satisfied, you can return them notifying us with a Registered Letter.
The goods must be undamaged and in this case, the customer will be charged only the shipment costs.

As soon as the company will receive back the goods, the deposited amount will be given back according to the conditions agreed with the customer.

CONTROVERSIES:
All disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the Court of Monza, Italy, residence of the company.
