The assistance service includes two main activities:

The ”Reactive” one starts with a customer's request and provides an immediate remote or on site assistance, while the “Proactive” ones is a series of activities and information aiming to organize preventive maintenance, reducing at its minimum the time the machine will be stopped.

The WaterService ™ Customer Care team is composed by highly experienced technical staff, that have at its disposal a fleet of company vehicles to manage the following services:

UPDATES AND MAINTENANCE

Maintenance service or updates with last generation technologies:

  • CNC to PC serial connection
  • CNC to PC network connection
  • New SELF POSITIONING system
  • Machine modification for 2 to 3 axis, controlled by a SENSOR
  • Adding 2° pneumatic cutting head
  • Adding 2° motorized cutting head
  • Sludge scraper reconditioning
  • Abrasive system implementation with pressure tank (300 kg.)
  • Mini hooper: automatic measuring for abrasive
  • Bavel-Jet ™ : retrofitting with the inclinated 4th axis manual goniometer ± 45°
  • Linear Guides recondition and ball bearing replacements
  • Soft-Water : Implementation of a water softening system by a magneting softener, which requires no maintenance and it has no consumption
  • I.T.C. (Intelligent Tapering Control ) : retrofitting with a new 4 axis tapering control system *only in machinery from 2006
  • Implementation of a CNC Lathe, that can be extracted, to work on tubes with an high pressure water jet
  • Vacuum-Jet : installation of the new vacuum assist system for the abrasive flow control with double infrared control sensors
  • Upgrade or replacement of the high pressure pump with the new model Hyper-Jet 60 Hp, with a 2 years warranty
  • Mosaic Work : software for automatic creation of mosaics, and colouring of marbles, granites and stones
