Replaceable single tray system with synchronized interpolated collector for collecting water and cut material. The interpolated cantilever bridge cutting system accurately follows the designs programmed directly on the CNC touchscreen operator panel, using predefined parametric and matrix nesting functions, or by importing images, fonts, and designs via DXF, to completely customize any artistic cutting job and finished food products.
The new UDRIVE™ direct drive pump with high electrical efficiency is integrated under the cutting area and operates at up to 2000 Bar (30 KPSI), ensuring high performance and superior environmental protection.
An integrated hot water gun allows for easy cleaning operations, ensuring a hygienic machine environment.
