Replaceable single tray system with a synchronized interpolated catcher forwater and material cut collection.
The interpolated cantilever bridge cutting system accurately follows designs easily programmed directly on the touch screen CNC operator panel using ready parametric and nesting function, or importing images, fonts, designs by DXF or DWG to customize infinitely own art cutting job and finished food products.
The innovative patented energy saving hybrid compact servo intensifier pump system is positioned below the cutting area and operates up to 4000 Bar (60 KPSI) in the most and greenest mode to guarantee the highest enviroment protection.

Ideal for pastry products, cakes, sweets, chocolate, baked goods, edible decorations.








SERVO X H.P. TECHNOLOGY 
The new SERVO X, with improved efficiency and safety firmware , is an innovative High Efficiency (90%) HYBRID Servo Intensifier Pump with a PATENTED progressive openings hydraulic system able to generate a pressure up to 3.800 Bar. The Numerical Control synchronizes the working pump cycles
ensuring 37% energy saving compared to a traditional oleodynamic intensifier pump powered by asynchronous motor. The pump is integrated inside the machine frame.
