The Hybrid all Electric Pump only runs whilst actually cutting and when running uses less power than a conventional Hydraulic Intensifier Pump.
The Machine energy consumption comparison calculation below shows how much a single machine weighs on an electric bill and on the fragile environment.
This is a pratical comparison between a Hybrid all Electric Servodrive pump and a traditional intensifier hydraulic pump:
SERVODRIVETM : 27 kW X 8 hours = 216 kWh
The calculation shows a saving of 10 kW during the work cycle, there is a further 4 kW as approximately 10% of the power used is saved when the pump is off with the cutting head closed: the total saving is then 14 kW per hour over the Hydraulic Intensifier pump.
The final annual saving is easily calculated as shown below:
14 kW x 8 hours x 22 days x 11 months x 0.26€ kWh*
|ENERGY COSTS||MONTHLY COSTS||HOURLY SAVING Vs HYDRAULIC||ANNUAL SAVING Vs HYDRAULIC|
